AKC BOD approved the Bolognese to advance to the Miscellaneous Class. The effective date is June 26, 2024.

About Us

The American Bolognese Club (ABC) is a club dedicated to the preservation, promotion and future protection of the integrity of this exquisite Rare Breed.  The ABC serves as the AKC Parent Club to represent the Bolognese.  We are a non-profit 501c5 Corporation.  


The ABC was founded in 2010 by a number of experienced reputable breeders and proactive Bolognese enthusiasts from across the USA.


We are a fully functioning club designed to preserve and protect the history and health of this exquisite breed!
